Since 2012, the U.S. Kids Golf Institute has trained over 7,000 coaches across 80+ countries, forming a global network of professionals committed to making golf fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate for kids. Certified Coach and Pathway Certified programs provide the tools, structure, and recognition needed to build thriving junior golf programs and inspire the next generation of players.

Certified Coach

The Certified Coach program is the essential first step for golf professionals to launch and maintain a successful youth golf program.

Certified Coaches are introduced to the Player Pathway and games-based learning strategies that make golf fun and effective for beginners. Through this program, coaches gain practical solutions to plan, build, and grow a youth golf program. They learn how properly fitted equipment supports player development and makes instruction more efficient. The program emphasizes parent involvement as a key factor in creating trust and adding value.
